- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Office, ARCHICAD)

- Advanced knowledge of ARCHICAD, TERC, and MS Project software
- Good communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English or German
- 5 years or more of professional experience

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing tasks and tenders related to general contracting
- Reviewing and verifying received project documentation
- Sourcing subcontractor and supplier offers, evaluating them, and preparing price comparisons
- Quantity calculations preparation
- Calculation of material quantities based on design documentation, and development of technical cost-reduction proposals.
- Communication with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Actively participating in technical negotiations and discussions
- Compiling handover documents
