The aim of the Institute was to transform and expand the skills centres, laboratories and student areas needed for medical and health sciences training. Other infrastructure improvements included an increase in the number of teaching spaces in the centre and the complete renovation of the relevant parts of the building in the areas covered by the technical design documents, as well as the replacement of the façade windows and the installation of façade shutters.
