Secondary or higher vocational education
Relevant professional experience of 2-3 years
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with accuracy and precision
Good problem solving skills, agility
Advanced knowledge of building construction
Talented, flexible, reliable, high degree of autonomy, ability to work responsibly
Computer skills (Excel, Word, Office, ARHICAD)

Your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing tasks and tenders related to general contracting
Reviewing and verifying received project documentation
Sourcing subcontractor and supplier offers, evaluating them, and preparing price comparisons
Calculating material quantities based on project documentation and developing technical cost-saving proposals
Maintaining communication with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Actively participating in technical negotiations and discussions
Compiling handover documents
